Services we offer
Laser cut
We have our own laser for cutting short and long series,i.e 2D and 3D cuts; Laser cutting 5 axes on tube.
Welding
We perform TIG-MIG-MAG welding manually and automatically, as well as semi-automatic orbital and linear welding.
Punching
Through our Numerical Control Punching, we achieve a quick cut, and a custom perforated pattern.
Machining
We incorporate the necessary machining. Welded and/or threads as elements of a complete set.
Folded
With the bending machine (sheet metal folder) we get CNC precision bends with exact angles, crushed, shaped, multiple bends.
Treatments
We deliver finished components including surface treatment. Polished, painted, blueed, galvanized pieces.
Assemblies
We are part of our customers’ supply chain, supplying complete subsets or finished machine.
3D design
We design and develop CAD / CAM in SolidWorks for our clients. We perform interference analysis.
